On Halloween night, SOD picked up trash late at night to show their gratitude to the town that has been so kind to them. The female employees say that they disrupted the company’s discipline, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it disrupts discipline at our company… Rather, it may have helped deepen the bonds between employees and create a different kind of “connection” than usual.
